Blogging and small (micro) business
One of the blogs I regularly follow is authored by three former eMedian colleagues (and all around great guys), PocketSmith. They use the blog not only as a means of communicating with the market, but also as a documentary on how to start and survive in a micro-firm. The three company founders, Jason, James, and Francois, have very different styles and motivations for blogging, but it all comes to together as a really insightful look at the trials and tribulations of running their small tech firm.
As I was inhaling my first coffee of the morning and scanning the ODT, I happened to notice a wonderful article on them, http://www.odt.co.nz/news/business/25987/budgeting-software-right-time. Please do check out the article and the blog and if you are interested in Beta testing their new budgeting software, send them a note.
